Griffins Achieving Progress Peer Mentoring Program for Students of Color (GAP). The purpose of GAP is to increase the retention and graduation rates of students of color, 帮助学生适应大学生活, 建立学生的社会和文化资本, and connect students with student 服务s on campus. First-time freshman and transfer students of color are eligible to participate in the program.
